文章主要从高职教师职业倦怠的概念界定、影响因素以及与绩效之间的关系等方面进行了评述,以期为我国高职教师职业倦怠研究提供一定的理论依据,为教师队伍的建设提供必要参考。
The article mainly reviews the definition, influence factors and the relationship between performance and professional burnout of higher vocational teachers in order to provide some theoretical basis for the study of occupational burnout of high vocational teachers in our country, and provide the necessary reference for the construction of teachers’ contingent. .
