目的:探讨在消化内科开展健康教育的措施和意义。方法:选取浙江省金华市人民医院消化内科2015年收治的120例患者,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组进行常规护理管理,观察组在此基础上加强健康教育管理。比较两组患者睡眠质量、生活质量、自我护理能力水平及满意度情况。结果:观察组患者睡眠和生活质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);自我护理能力各维度评分和总分均明显高于对照组,自我护理能力水平更高(P<0.01);观察组患者满意度为95.00%,较对照组的83.33%明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育应用于消化内科护理中,能改善患者自我护理能力和生活质量,对提升护理服务质量水平和患者满意度具有可行性。
Objective: To explore the measures and significance of health education in gastroenterology. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients admitted in Department of Gastroenterology, Jinhua People ’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province in 2015 were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases each. Control group routine nursing management, observation group on the basis of strengthening health education management. Sleep quality, quality of life, self-care ability and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The sleep quality and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.01). The self-care ability scores and scores in all dimensions were significantly higher than those in the control group, with higher self-care ability (P <0.01) Group satisfaction was 95.00%, 83.33% compared with the control group was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Health education applied in the digestive medicine nursing can improve patient self-care ability and quality of life, which is feasible to improve the quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction.
