根据夫琅禾费衍射理论,建立了7路和37路光纤激光相干光束合成(CBC)模型,仿真模拟了不同占空比、不同倾斜角度情况下,合成光束在远场的强度分布和光束质量,分析了倾斜角度、占空比以及合成路数对CBC远场光束质量的影响。仿真结果表明:随着子光束倾斜角度的增大,远场艾里斑内的光强逐渐减小,合成效果变差;随着合成子束的增多,远场桶中功率(PIB)随倾斜角度的增大下降加快,显示出了倾斜相差随合成路数增加具有一定的累积效应,要提高相干合成的效果,必须同时控制倾斜相差和活塞相差。
