通过生物浸取资金属原矿或精矿,氧化黄铁矿母体,可使金、银的回收率达到90%以上。本文发展了在生物浸取后的浸取液中沉淀除砷和其他有害元素的三种工艺。而且,沉淀具有很好的晶体结构,不易再溶,抗溶解性经至少六个月的EPA试验验证。三种工艺体系分别为高温加热(120℃以上)、石灰或石灰石。三种工艺都在一个连续实验工厂应用,给出最佳实验条件:Fe/As摩尔比、反应速度(滞留时间)、pH值、温度、物料重量百分率以及连续反应后最终试剂消耗。
By biological leaching of raw materials is ore or concentrate, pyrite oxidation of the mother, can make gold, silver recovery rate of 90% or more. In this paper, three processes have been developed for the precipitation of arsenic and other harmful elements in the leaching solution after bioleaching. Moreover, the precipitate has a good crystalline structure, is not easily re-dissolved, anti-solubility by at least six months of EPA test validation. Three process systems were high temperature heating (above 120 ℃), lime or limestone. All three processes were applied in a continuous pilot plant. The optimal experimental conditions were given: Fe / As molar ratio, reaction rate (residence time), pH, temperature, weight percent of material and final reagent consumption after continuous reaction.
