研究了在不同施氮量及小麦条锈病发生条件下,小麦植株及叶片的生理变化、6个植被指数与小麦条锈病病情指数的相关性和相同施氮量下病情指数与冠层光谱的相关性。结果表明,不同施氮量及小麦条锈病胁迫下病情指数与植被指数在抽穗期基本呈负相关,在开花期及乳熟期均呈正相关。在相同施氮量下小麦条锈病病情指数与植被指数的相关性分析结果基本为负相关,两种氮素条件下的病情指数与光谱分析结果不同。说明氮素可能会对遥感监测小麦条锈病植株冠层光谱造成干扰。所以,在小麦条锈病遥感监测时要充分考虑氮素水平差异对小麦条锈病遥感监测带来的影响。
Physiological changes of wheat plants and leaves under different N application rates and wheat stripe rust were studied. Correlation between the six vegetation indices and the disease index of wheat stripe rust and the relationship between disease index and canopy spectra under the same nitrogen application rate Sex. The results showed that the disease index was negatively correlated with the vegetation index at heading stage under different N rates and wheat stripe rust, and positively correlated with flowering stage and milky milky stage. Under the same nitrogen application, the correlation between disease index and vegetation index of wheat stripe rust was negatively correlated. The disease index and spectral analysis results were different under two nitrogen conditions. This indicated that nitrogen might interfere with the canopy spectrum of the wheat stripe rust by remote sensing. Therefore, the remote sensing monitoring of wheat stripe rust should take full account of the impact of nitrogen level differences on remote sensing of wheat stripe rust.
