目的:观察不同浓度的海风藤醇提取物(AEPK)对血小板活化因子(PAF)诱导血小板聚集的拮抗作用。方法:于兔富含血小板血浆(PRP)中分别加入海风藤醇提取物(AEPK),使后者达到不同的最终浓度;另设一份不加AEPK的对照PRP。各份PRP加入10~-8MOl浓度的PAF并测血小板最大聚集率(MAR),且加以对比。结果:所有加AEPK的PRP,其MAR都比对照PRP的MAR低,且AEPK浓度越高,MAR越低。结论:海风藤醇提取物对PAF诱导血小板聚集有剂量依赖性抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antagonistic effect of different concentrations of Aeolus japonicus (AEPK) on platelet aggregation factor (PAF)-induced platelet aggregation. METHODS: Apocylin extract (AEPK) was added to platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in rabbits to reach different final concentrations. A control PRP without AEPK was also set up. Each PRP was added with PAF at a concentration of 10 to -8 MOl and the platelet maximum aggregation rate (MAR) was measured and compared. RESULTS: All PRPs with AEPK had lower MAR than control PRP, and the higher the AEPK concentration, the lower the MAR. CONCLUSION: The extract of Erigeron brevis has a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by PAF.
