根据本队封孔验证情况作些剖析，并论述提高水泥封孔质量的几个问题。一、水泥封孔质量情况与剖析我队先后在多个矿区、多种矿种中进行了封孔验证。发现在同一矿区、同一矿种，使用同一类水泥标号，由于操作人员不同，水泥封孔的质量也不同。根据验证的结果，归纳起来有五种情况：1．取出水泥芯（石）的位置与原封孔设计孔段相符，且取出的水泥芯硬而完整；2．水泥封填的长度（厚度）比原封孔设计孔段少（薄）；3．水泥封填的位置虽与原封孔设计孔段相符，但水泥石松散（软），为粒状、块状；4．封孔的孔段与原封孔设计孔段不符，提高了或降低了；5．在封填水泥孔段钻具下降时，根本未遇到水泥。剖析以上五种情况是：
