目的:建立舒血宁注射液中总银杏酸的限量检查方法,为舒血宁注射液质量标准相关检测项目提供检测方法和试验依据。方法:样品以石油醚(60~90℃)振摇提取,回收溶剂,甲醇溶解,制备供试品溶液;色谱分析条件:色谱柱为InertsilODS-3C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:10),流速1mL.min-1,检测波长300nm。结果:白果新酸进样量在4.4~22ng范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997;平均回收率(n=12)为87.81%。结果:本方法测定结果准确,可用于舒血宁注射液的限量检查。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of total ginkgolic acid in Shuxuening Injection and provide the test method and basis for the related test items of Shuxuening Injection quality standard. Methods: The sample was extracted by petroleum ether (60-90 ℃) with shaking, the solvent was recovered and dissolved in methanol to prepare the test solution. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Inertsil ODS-3C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (85:10), flow rate 1mL.min-1, detection wavelength 300nm. Results: There was a good linearity in the range of 4.4 ~ 22ng for the injection volume of ginkgo acid, r = 0.9997; the average recovery rate was 87.81% (n = 12). Results: The method is accurate and can be used for the limited inspection of Shuxuening injection.
