第三代和第四代战斗机的高机动性给飞行员带来了+9GZ以上的高过载。为此,欧美诸国相继使用了大面积覆盖的囊式代偿抗荷服。这种防护装备的热负荷量很大,如果没有通风散热,严重的热应激将危及飞行安全并降低飞行员的加速度耐力。因此,俄罗斯第三代战斗机采用了BKK-15K代偿-抗荷-通风一体化防护服。试验证明,它的通风散热效果很好,在40℃舱温条件下,可以使下身平均皮肤温度维持在31.0~32.0℃,皮肤和皮下血管处于正常收缩状态,有利于对抗高过载。由此可知,BKK-15K一体化飞行防护服的通风服,其主导设计思想是防止下身热应激反应,以提高飞行员的加速度耐力。从而使人们认识到,通风服不仅是配合代偿抗荷服对抗热应激,而且也是+9GZ以上的高过载综合防护措施的组成分部。我国的国家军用标准(GJB116-86)在通风服的设计要求和医学鉴定指标等方面已不适应第三代战斗机飞行员个人防护装备发展的需要,应该按照先进的通风服设计要求修订。

It can be seen, BKK-15K integrated flight protective clothing vest, the dominant design philosophy is to prevent the lower body thermal stress response to improve pilot’s acceleration endurance. So that people realize that the ventilation suit is not only with the compensatory anti-Dutch anti-stress clothing, but also +9 GZ above the comprehensive composition of high-overload protective measures. China’s national military standards (GJB116-86) have failed to meet the needs of the development of personal protective equipment for third-generation fighter pilots in the design requirements of ventilation vests and medical identification indexes, and should be revised according to the requirements of advanced ventilation suit designs.
