目的:了解常用抗感染药药品说明书中有关儿童用药说明的具体情况。方法:调查我院门诊西药房常用的136种抗感染药药品说明书中有关儿童用药具体情况。结果:在各种抗感染药药品说明书中,适用于儿童的药品,其说明书中不良反应、禁忌证、注意事项中提及到儿童用药情况的很少,也缺乏儿童药动学详细的资料。结论:抗感染药药品说明书中儿童用药的具体内容还有待完善。
Objective: To understand the commonly used anti-infective drugs manual instructions on the specific circumstances of children. Methods: To investigate the specific situation of children's medication in 136 kinds of anti-infective drugs commonly used in outpatient western pharmacy in our hospital. Results: In all kinds of anti-infective medicine manuals, children's medicines are mentioned in the manual, adverse reactions, contraindications and precautions in the manual are mentioned. Children's medication situation is very little, and children's pharmacokinetics is lack of detailed information. Conclusion: The specifics of children's medications in anti-infective medicine manuals need to be improved.
