患者男性,48岁,农民.于1987年6月16日就诊,主诉反复上腹痛、嗳气、返酸10年余,近一月再发.因患十二指肠球部溃疡.口服甲氰咪胍,0.2 tid,0.4睡前服.服药4周后出现脱发反应,6周内全秃,随之因腹痛缓解而停药.停药3周后头发开始复萌,逐渐变粗变黑,4周长齐全.1987年3月,因症状再发,续服甲氰眯胍,服药2周又出现脱发,4周发须毛、眉睫毛、腋阴毛相继脱光.本次来我院初诊,虽已停用甲氰咪胍一年余,但毛发未见复生.查体:体温37℃,脉搏70次,血压120/80,心肺无异常,腹软,上腹轻压痛,肝脾未扪及。血、尿、便、肝功能均正常,胸透、心电图、肝 B 超正常.讨论甲氰咪胍是一种有效的组织胺 H_2受体拮抗药,国内曾报道此药偶有轻度脱发反应,但该患
