本文分析了我国食品应急物流的特点与现状,探讨了如何建立食品应急物流体系,解决突发事件中受灾人员维持生命所必需的食品供应问题。提出应建立包括食品筹措体系、配送体系、指挥系统、信息系统、反馈评价体系的应急物流系统以及相应的保障机制。食品应急物流体系的建立将使我国应急食品以更加快速、更高质量满足突发事件中的需求。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and current situation of food emergency logistics in our country, and discusses how to establish food emergency logistics system to solve the food supply problem necessary for the survivors in the emergency. It is suggested that an emergency logistics system including food financing system, distribution system, command system, information system and feedback evaluation system should be set up and corresponding safeguard mechanisms should be established. The establishment of food emergency logistics system will enable our emergency food to meet the needs of emergencies more rapidly and with higher quality.
