某冷轧厂散热量大,现有的通风状况无法及时有效地将余热排出室外。对厂房进行合理通风改造能够改善工作平台工作条件。运用CFD软件进行数值模拟,得出在厂房只有单侧自然进风情况下,采用自然通风方式不能满足工作平台热环境控制的要求;而采用自然通风和蒸发冷却机械送风相结合的方式能够较好地改善工作平台工作条件。通过数值模拟优化分析,得到了最佳机械送风口布置形式和位置。
A cold rolling mill heat dissipation, the existing ventilation can not effectively and efficiently exhaust heat outdoors. Reasonable ventilation and transformation of the plant can improve the working conditions of the working platform. The numerical simulation using CFD software shows that the natural ventilation mode can not meet the thermal environment control requirements of the workbench under the condition of only one side of the plant entering the plant naturally. However, the combination of natural ventilation and evaporative cooling air supply can compare Good working platform to improve working conditions. Through the optimization of numerical simulation, we got the layout and position of the best mechanical blower.
