目的:建立枳壳中4种活性成分柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、川陈皮素和红橘素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HypersilC18柱,以甲醇-水(含2%的冰醋酸酸)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃,柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的检测波长为283nm,川陈皮素和红橘素的检测波长为326nm。结果:4个成分均能获得基线分离,其平均回收率在96.7%~102.4%。结论:本法简便快速、准确可靠,适用于枳壳原药材、饮片和炮制品中4种有效成分含量测定,可作为枳壳药材质量控制的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of four active ingredients naringin, neohesperidin, nobiletin and tangerin in Fructus Aurantii. Methods: Hypersil C18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol-water (containing 2% glacial acetic acid) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The concentration of naringin and neohesperidin Detection wavelength of 283nm, nobiletin and tangerine detection wavelength of 326nm. Results: All the four components were able to get baseline separation. The average recoveries ranged from 96.7% to 102.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the determination of the content of four active ingredients in medicinal materials, cutlets and processed products of Fructus Aurantii, which can be used as the quality control method of Fructus Aurantii.
