西岭村,又名龙颈里,位于靖安县西南,九岭山脉中段、九岭山脉最高峰九岭尖(海拔1794米)山脚下。是靖安县中源乡11个行政村之一,海拔800米。辖下又分6个自然小村,名为:崖里、窑子仑、老屋、塘里、杨家窝、包家塘。村中共有400多人。西岭村坐北朝南,位于群山中,村中老树众多,水源丰富,环境雅致,景观秀丽,是中源乡有名的旅游胜地。西岭村周边有4个坳,分别名为川坳、梨树坳、老狮坳、南源坳。这4个坳海拔都比西岭村略高,是西岭 Xiling Village, also known as the Long Necklace, is located in the southwest of Jing’an County, the middle of the Jiuling Mountains, the highest peak of Jiuling Mountains Jiuling Po (1794 meters above sea level) at the foot of the mountain.
