了解审批服务满意度,改进审批服务方式。方法:自主设计审批人员审批服务满意度问卷调查表,在全市审批工作会议和培训班上进行问卷自填,数据录入Excel进行统计分析。结果:审批服务观点认同、措施有效、满意程度综合确认率均在80%以上,且三项指标综合确认率之间差异无统计学意义(X2=2.3198,P>0.05)。其中审批服务行为规范认同率95.3%,实施限时分段审批有效确认率97.7%,落实审批制度满意度93.0%。除现场审核表、流程规范要求、中介机构指标外,其他指标满意度均达80%以上。结论:审批服务观点认同率越高、自觉性越强,审批服务措施效果越好、满意度越高。审批人员在优化服务措施方面还有待进一步完善。
Understand the approval service satisfaction, improve the approval service. Methods: Self-design examiners approve the questionnaire of service satisfaction, carry out questionnaire self-filling in the examination and approval work conference and training class in the city, and input the data into Excel for statistical analysis. Results: The recognition rate of approval service was valid, and the comprehensive confirmation rate of satisfaction was above 80%. There was no significant difference between the three indicators (X2 = 2.3198, P> 0.05). Among them, the approval rate of service standards was 95.3%, the effective confirmation rate of 97.7% during the implementation of sub-period approval, and 93.0% of the satisfaction degree of implementation examination and approval system. In addition to on-site audit form, process specification requirements, intermediary agencies, other indicators of satisfaction reached more than 80%. Conclusion: The higher approval rate, the higher the awareness of approval service, the better the approval service measures, the higher the satisfaction degree. Approved personnel in the optimization of service measures still need to be further improved.
