Mr. Bi, born on February 17, 1922 in Dajiazi Mountain Village, Wendeng City, Shandong Province, graduated from Yantai Silk College in his youth. At the age of 22, he organized “Xin Ju Chang” to do business and run around in Qingdao, Shanghai and Hong Kong . In 1950, he relocated to Hong Kong from Shanghai with Weng Jufen.
