教学是一门艺术,是教师的“教”和学生的“学”相辅相成的双边活动,教学节奏的快慢调控,更是一门艺术。在追求高效课堂的路上,有些老师是“急”性子,教学过程仓促急躁,不仅自己教得累,学生学得更辛苦,教学效果往往事与愿违。如何使课堂的节奏更加均衡、有效,铸就数学课堂教学的“慢”艺术,是一个值得我们一线教师思考的问题。
Teaching is an art. It is a bilateral activity complementary to the teacher’s teaching and student’s learning. The pace of teaching and learning is more and more art. In the pursuit of efficient classroom on the way, some teachers are “urgent ” temper, the teaching process hasty impatience, not only taught themselves tired, students learn more difficult, the teaching effect is often contrary to expectations. How to make the rhythm of the classroom more balanced and effective, and cast the “slow” art of mathematics classroom teaching, is a question worthy of consideration by front-line teachers.
