In 1986, when China proposed to resume its status as a contracting party to the predecessor of the GATT and did not want success, it is already a new century. The 15 years of negotiations, the lengthy trivialities and the complex and arduous process have proved the importance of this largest developing country to the WTO and even the world and tested the resolve and patience of the ancient oriental civilizations to integrate themselves into the tide of globalization; and the ultimate success of the negotiations shows China’s reform and opening up accumulated over the years the great strength. In the fight against 37 WTO members, China has always held three principles: First, the WTO is an international organization that will not be completed without the participation of China; second, China must join as a developing country; third, it upholds its rights and obligations Balance.
