由于轻量化及能源方面原因,用碳素纤维制作铝基复合材料的研究引起了人们的重视。尤其在飞机制造业中,由于机体减重一公斤,即会对总重量带来减重二至五公斤的效果,所以碳素纤维/铝基复合材料在飞机上的使用范围日益扩大,从非承载构件到受载构件,都在力求使用碳素纤维/铝基复合材料。在飞机上使用碳素纤维/铝基复合材料的主要优点是:降低燃料消耗;使发动机小型化;使机翼、起落架小型化。其结果,延长了飞行航程;增加了飞机运载量。
Due to the reasons of light weight and energy, the research of using carbon fiber to make aluminum matrix composites has attracted people’s attention. Especially in the aircraft manufacturing industry, the use of carbon fiber / aluminum matrix composite materials on aircraft has been expanding due to the weight loss of one kilogram of the body resulting in a total weight loss of two to five kilograms.
