结合大量铁谱分析数据与专家经验,给出了发动机磨损模式识别标准样本库,建立了发动机磨损模式识别的模糊均权灰色关联分析模型、模糊加权灰色关联分析模型,结合磨损模式识别实例,验证了识别结果的可靠性。实践证明,模糊加权灰色关联分析方法能够快速、准确、有效地识别发动机磨损模式。
