通识(通才)教育模式实际上主要是以培养学识人才为目的,但这致使学生进入社会以后难以适应社会的需求,使学生的能力和社会实践要求具有一定的差距。教育要走向实用性教育,提高学生“做”的智慧。语言是实践性很强的课程。教师应细思量巧设计,探究内容的开放和整合,强调过程的合作和实践,关注学生的个性差异,注重形式创新的趣味,更加贴近学生生活和社会实际。从学生生存的需要出发,让学生掌握一定知识的同时,开发智力的潜能,形成生活的技能,具备更强的生活适应能力和创新能力,这才是职业教育发展的新思路。
In fact, the general education mode is mainly aimed at cultivating talented people, but it makes it difficult for students to adapt themselves to the needs of the society after entering the society so that there is a certain gap between students’ abilities and social practice requirements. Education should move toward practical education and improve students’ wisdom of “doing”. Language is a very practical course. Teachers should think carefully about the design, explore the openness and integration of the content, emphasize the cooperation and practice of the process, focus on the individual differences of students, focus on the fun of formal innovation and closer to the students’ life and social reality. Starting from the students’ need of survival, students should grasp certain knowledge, develop the potentiality of intelligence, form the skills of life, and have more adaptability to life and ability of innovation. This is the new train of thought for the development of vocational education.
