CO2气体保护焊以其速度快、操作方便、焊接质量高、适用范围广和成本低廉等诸多优势,逐渐取代了传统的手工焊条电弧焊。在焊接生产中,焊接工艺参数对焊接质量和焊接生产率有很大的影响,正确选择焊接工艺参数是获得质量优良的焊接接头和提高生产率的关键。本文主要对CO2气体保护焊中各种相关的工艺参数对CO2气体保护焊的影响及其焊接工艺的参数选择进行了比较详细的分析。
CO2 gas shielded welding with its speed, ease of operation, high quality welding, wide range of applications and low cost, and many other advantages, and gradually replace the traditional manual welding arc welding. In the welding production, the welding process parameters have a great influence on the welding quality and the welding productivity. The correct selection of the welding process parameters is the key to obtain good quality welded joints and improve the productivity. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of various related process parameters in CO2 gas shielded arc welding on the CO2 gas shielded welding and the parameter selection of the welding process.
