指出了当前大中型水电厂厂用电系统普遍存在的自投引发过负荷问题。针对该问题,分析了传统解决方案的缺点及局限性,提出了智能负荷控制方案。该方案依托IEC 61850过程层GOOSE及SMV技术,构建安全可靠的过程层数据网络,实现厂用电系统的全面信息交互。以负荷转移、负荷预切等前瞻性策略为主导,负荷补切策略为后备,融合传统自投方案,根据厂用电系统实时运行状态,生成应激式的工作逻辑,有效解决过负荷问题,并将停电范围尽可能缩小。
Pointed out that the current large and medium-sized hydropower plant ubiquitous power plant self-induced overload problem. In view of this problem, analyzed the shortcoming and the limitation of the traditional solution, put forward the intelligent load control scheme. The program relies on IEC 61850 process layer GOOSE and SMV technology to build a safe and reliable process-level data network to achieve a comprehensive information exchange of the plant power system. With forward-looking strategies such as load transfer and load pre-cutting being dominant, load backtacking strategy is back-up and the traditional self-investment plan is integrated. Based on the real-time running status of the power system of the plant, the stress-type working logic is generated to effectively solve the overload problem. And the power outage as narrow as possible.
