[目的]优化甲维盐微囊制备工艺。[方法]实验以明胶和阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备甲维盐微囊。用紫外分光光度法测定甲维盐含量,计算包封率。以包封率为指标,通过中心组合设计对制备工艺进行优化。[结果]复凝聚法制备甲维盐微囊的最佳工艺为600 r/min,47℃,反应107 min,包封率为74.27%。[结论]CCD预测值与实际测量值偏差小,优化方法可行,且包封率较高。
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the preparation process of carbaryl microencapsulation. [Method] The gelatin and gum arabic were used as the wall materials in the experiment, and the carbaryl salt microcapsules were prepared by the complex coacervation method. UV-spectrophotometry A dimension of salt content, calculate the encapsulation efficiency. The entrapment efficiency was used as an index to optimize the preparation process through the central composite design. [Result] The optimum conditions for the preparation of a dimension salt microcapsule by complex coacervation were 600 r / min, 47 ℃, 107 min reaction time, and the entrapment efficiency was 74.27%. [Conclusion] The deviation between CCD prediction value and actual measurement value is small, the optimization method is feasible and the encapsulation efficiency is high.
