本文认为高度集权的科层组织结构、传统的企业学习机制、知识工人的短缺、以及对知识管理的误解和传统的管理模式,是我国传统企业在向知识型企业转变过程中阻碍知识共享的症结所在。在分析知识共享机制形成机理的基础上,对这些问题进行了深入的审视,并提出通过改革教育模式、管理模式、塑造企业文化等方式切实地实现我国传统企业内部部门或机构间的知识共享。
This paper argues that the highly centralized bureaucratic structure, the traditional enterprise learning mechanism, the shortage of knowledge workers and the misunderstanding of knowledge management and the traditional management model are the crux of the traditional knowledge sharing in China’s traditional enterprises Where you are. Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of knowledge sharing mechanism, these issues are deeply examined, and the knowledge sharing among the internal departments and agencies of traditional enterprises in our country is put forward by reforming the education mode, management mode and shaping the corporate culture.
