高等教育学说的基本原理认为:高等学校的社会职能主要是培养人才,直接为社会服务,大学毕业生能够充分就业是高等学校实现这一社会职能的具体体现。因此,大学生就业不仅关系到个人前途和自身价值的实现,而且是关系到社会经济发展和社会稳定的大事,历来为社会所关注。在新的形势下,如何解决大学生就业难的状况是摆在政府有关部门、高校、毕业生面前的一个重要课题。高校原有的就业模式,学生的择业观念,以及人事制度与高校毕业生就业制度的部分不相适应,给高校毕业生工作提出了新的课题。当前毕业生就业市场的雏形已初步形成。但是,与之相适应的毕业生就业市场的运行机制尚未完全建立起来,因而影响了毕业生就业市场的发展,影响了毕业生的充分就业。在一定意义上,还会影响到高等教育自身的发展。
The basic principle of higher education theory is that the social functions of colleges and universities are mainly to train qualified personnel and serve the society directly. The full employment of university graduates is a concrete manifestation of the realization of this social function by colleges and universities. Therefore, the employment of college students not only concerns the personal future and the realization of their own values, but also relates to the socio-economic development and social stability. Under the new situation, how to solve the difficult employment situation for college students is an important issue before the relevant government departments, universities and graduates. The original mode of employment in colleges and universities, the concept of career choice of students, and the incompatibility of the personnel system with the employment system of college graduates put forward new topics for the work of college graduates. The prototype of the current graduate employment market has taken shape. However, the operating mechanism of graduates’ employment market has not been fully established, which affects the employment market of graduates and affects the full employment of graduates. In a certain sense, it will also affect the development of higher education itself.
