一、铁谱技术的简要原理和分析方法铁谱技术(Ferrography)是国外近十几年来逐步发展起来的一门新的检测技术。它是一种以机械摩擦副的磨损为基本出发点,利用铁的磁性,能从液体工作介质(如水、润滑油和液压油)中分离和分析出各种磨损微粒和其它污染微粒的技术。通过铁谱技术可以分离和分析出这些微粒(统称磨粒)的相对数量、形态、尺寸大小和分布规律、颜色和成份以至组成元素等。根据这些有关信息就可以准确地得到机械设备液压系统的磨损部位、磨损形式、磨损严重程度甚至液压元件完全失效的结论。这样,就能为机械设备液压系统的状态监控和故障诊断
First, a brief analysis of ferrography techniques and methods Ferrography (Ferrography) is developed gradually over the past decade a new detection technology. It is based on the wear of a mechanical friction pair as the basic starting point. It uses the magnetism of iron to separate and analyze various abrasive particles and other contaminating particles from liquid working media such as water, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil. The relative number, shape, size and distribution of these particles (collectively referred to as abrasive particles), color and composition as well as compositional elements can be separated and analyzed by ferrography. Based on these relevant information, we can accurately get the mechanical equipment hydraulic system wear parts, wear form, wear and tear even hydraulic components completely invalid conclusion. In this way, it is possible to monitor and troubleshoot the condition of the hydraulic system of the mechanical equipment
