在高中班主任的班级管理模式中,创新地加入微信元素,是高中班级管理质的飞跃,为管理模式注入新鲜的血液。加入微信元素之后,能够很好的掌握学生的动态,加强学生学生与班主任之间的了解;增加班主任与学生家长的互动。微信的运用对班主任和学生的发展都起到重要的促进作用,能够为学生的学习起到积极的影响。
In the class management model of senior high school class teacher, adding the WeChat elements innovatively is a qualitative leap in high school class management and injects fresh blood into the management mode. After joining the WeChat elements, students can master the dynamics of the students well, enhance their understanding between the students and the class teacher, and increase the interaction between the class teacher and the parents of the students. The use of WeChat plays an important role in promoting the development of class supervisors and students, and can positively influence students’ learning.
