目的:探索“红细胞预灌注法”联合“立减递增提速法”白细胞去除术治疗高白细胞性白血病并中、重度贫血的有效性及安全性。方法:对照组应用“立减递增提速法”白细胞去除术;治疗组应用红细胞2~3 U预灌注白细胞管道后再连接血管运行,其余操作同对照组。结果:两组都能有效清除白细胞;治疗组“急性失血”症状发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:“红细胞预灌注法”联合“立减递增提速法”白细胞去除术能有效清除白血病细胞,并能降低“急性失血”症状的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effectiveness and safety of “erythrocyte preperfusion method” and “combined” step-up and speed-up method “leukopenia in the treatment of high-leukemia leukemia with moderate and severe anemia. Methods: The control group was treated with leukocyte depletion by increasing speed and speeding up. The treatment group was pre-perfusing leukocytes with 2 ~ 3 U of erythrocytes and then connecting with blood vessels. The rest of the operation was the same as that of the control group. Results: Both groups were able to effectively eliminate leukocytes; the incidence of ”acute blood loss" in treatment group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The pre-infusion of erythrocytes combined with speed-up and speed-up method can effectively remove leukemic cells and reduce the incidence of acute blood loss, which is worthy of clinical application.
