读者信用积分制度是把信用积分理念引入到图书馆工作服务中,利用信用制度的独特作用来弥补现行制度的不足。读者信用积分制度在前提条件、特点、运行流程等方面有其独特之处;外在因素对读者行为和图书馆均存在着一定影响,是进行积分评估时需要考虑的因素;通过对传导效应、磁性效应、失信曲线、补救机制、读者信用等级表等内容的探讨有助于深入理解读者信用积分制度。推广读者信用积分制度,对于规范读者行为,提升图书馆服务具有重要价值。
The system of credit points for readers introduces the concept of credit points into the library service and makes use of the unique function of the credit system to make up for the deficiency of the current system. The credit credit system of readers has its uniqueness in the aspects of preconditions, characteristics and operating procedures. Extrinsic factors have certain influence on readers’ behaviors and libraries, which are the factors to be considered when evaluating credit points. The discussion of magnetic effect, de-credit curve, remedy mechanism and reader’s credit rating scale will help us to understand readers’ credit integral system deeply. Promoting the system of credit points for readers has important value for standardizing readers’ behavior and promoting library services.
