通过耦合两个掺杂的一维光子晶体 ,提出了同时兼具频率和空间光学滤波双性能的一维光子晶体异质结结构 .在一个宽的频带范围内 ,该结构只允许法向入射的确定的一种中心频率光透过 ,偏离法向此中心频率光全反射 ;而在这宽频带范围内其他频率所有的光在任何角方向都全反射 .
By coupling two doping one-dimensional photonic crystals, a one-dimensional photonic crystal heterojunction structure with both dual-function of both frequency and spatial optical filtering is proposed, which allows only normal incident A defined center frequency of light is transmitted, deviating from the normal to this center frequency and is totally reflected by the light; in this broad band all other frequencies are totally reflected at any angle.
