In order to fully advance the requirements of quality education with moral education as the core and innovation and practical ability as the focus, the second phase of the curriculum reform should highlight the “based on student development” and strengthen the scientific cultivation of students’ developmental scholastic ability and creative scholastic ability. Strengthen the healthy shaping of students’ personality; strengthen the overall evaluation of student development.
