本文对以希腊语和拉丁语为基础的西方哲学的关键句式“X是” ,采取与传统的“存在”理解不同的解读途径 ,从系词“是”的哲学用法入手进行重新理解。这样理解至少有两个理由 :一是因为西方本体论哲学中许多深不可测的问题 ,都可以从普通系词“是”的哲学用法中获得合理的理解 ; In this paper, the key sentence “X is” of western philosophy based on Greek and Latin is taken as a different interpretation way from the traditional “existence” understanding.
