轧制一道或四道铌钢奥氏体的再结晶行为,同低碳钢进行了对比。奥氏体晶粒度与铁素体晶粒度的关系也进行了研究。对再结晶大有影响的,是轧制时沉淀下来的很细的 Nb(C.N)沉淀物。Nb(C.N)处于不溶解状态时,再结晶行为与硅—锰钢相同。再结晶在一道轧制中比在四道轧制中更难以发生,尤其是压下率较大时。发现奥氏体晶粒度,对铁素体晶粒度的影响不大。控制铁素体晶粒度的主要因素,是终轧道次后的冷却速度。
Recrystallization behavior of austenite in one or four niobium rolled steel was compared with that of low carbon steel. The relationship between austenite grain size and ferrite grain size has also been investigated. Very influential on recrystallization is the precipitation of fine Nb (C.N) precipitates on rolling. When Nb (C.N) is in an undissolved state, the recrystallization behavior is the same as that of silicon-manganese steel. Recrystallization is more difficult to occur in one pass than in four passes, especially when the reduction is large. Found austenite grain size, ferrite grain size little effect. The main factor controlling the grain size of ferrite is the cooling rate after the finish rolling pass.
