随着社会的发展,工业机械手已成为当代控制理论与生产工业自动化实践相结合的产物,代替人类从事的搬运货物、分拣物品等繁重或者危险的劳动工作。本文通过对机械手结构和控制要求系统的分析,从材料的选型、传感器的选择、电磁阀的选择和PLC的选型四方面指导机械手硬件设计,后通过PLC编程实现。
With the development of society, industrial robots have become the product of the combination of contemporary control theory and production industry automation, replacing the heavy or dangerous work of labor carried by humans, such as moving goods and sorting goods. Based on the analysis of robot structure and control requirements, this paper guides the robot hardware design from four aspects of material selection, sensor selection, solenoid valve selection and PLC selection, and then through PLC programming.
