我厂1~#高炉于今年10月份大修,投产后,将原杆式探料尺改为链式探料尺。卷扬房的探尺卷扬机通过钢丝绳,拖动卷筒Ⅰ旋转,卷筒Ⅰ通过转动轴带动卷筒Ⅱ旋转。卷筒Ⅱ及以后部分都放置在用罩、钢管等焊成的封闭结构内,钢管中部设置一切断阀。因为环形焊接链的性能较好,所以卷筒Ⅰ,卷筒Ⅱ都选用直径φ300。探料球用环形焊接链曳在卷筒上,探料球为φ220m/m重约40kg的铸钢球,置入炉内探料。
