我厂由于入炉原燃料含S高,因而生铁S负荷是比较高的,一般在25kg/T左右。在炉况不顺,焦比高时,S负荷可高达35kg/T,所以我厂合格率低,一直达不到国家要求。1~#高炉第一代平均合格率82.10%,2~#高炉第二代平均合格率88.03%。为了提高生铁合格率,我厂一直采用高炉温(含Si在3%以上)、高碱度(CaO/SiO_21.3—1.7)冶炼铸造铁。由于长期采用这样的操作方针,因而使大量的石墨炭沉积在炉缸中,同时由于碱度过高炉渣
