采用粉末表面技术在SAE10B普通碳钢表面激光馆覆沉积ASTMS31254不锈钢材料。根据覆层材料的化学组分和缺陷特征确定激光参数。对试验结果进行观察发现不存在Cr、N、Mo、N等合金元素的明显缺损,显微组织由分布良好的网状奥氏体组成。在长时间的耐腐蚀试验中,覆层中的腐蚀凸坑均值小于普通合金。
The use of powder surface technology in the SAE10B ordinary carbon steel laser cladding deposition ASTMS31254 stainless steel. Laser parameters are determined based on the chemical composition and defect characteristics of the cladding material. The test results were observed and found that there is no obvious Cr, N, Mo, N and other alloying elements, microstructure composed of well distributed reticular austenite. In the long-term corrosion test, the mean value of the corrosion crater in the coating is smaller than that of the ordinary alloy.
