目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)综合药物治疗声损伤性耳聋的疗效。方法:分HBO组与单用药物治疗组(对照组)观察。HBO组的声损伤患者120例(132耳),均在0.25MPa(2.5ATA)压力下吸纯氧40分钟2次,中间吸舱内压缩空气10分钟,每日1次;同时使用低分子右旋糖酐、脉络宁、能量合剂、维生素B族、皮质激素等药物治疗,HBO组平均治疗18.2±8.55天。将HBO组疗效与单用上述同类药物治疗的患者120例(144耳)进行比较。两组患者疗效以纯音测听语言频率听阈均值(PTA)判定。结果:HBO组治愈率、有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.01),而且HBO对急性期轻、中度聋疗效更佳,受伤后治疗越早,疗效越高。结论:HBO综合药物治疗应用于声损伤性耳聋的效果明显优于单用药物治疗。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) in the treatment of acoustic deafness. Methods: HBO group and single drug treatment group (control group) were observed. In the HBO group, 120 patients (132 ears) with sound-induced injury suffered from inhalation of pure oxygen for 40 minutes at 0.25MPa (2.5 ATA) twice a day and compressed air in the mid-suction cabin for 10 minutes once daily while using low Molecular dextran, Mailuoning, energy mixture, vitamin B family, corticosteroids and other drugs, HBO group average treatment of 18.2 ± 8.55 days. The efficacy of the HBO group was compared with 120 patients (144 ears) treated with the same drugs alone. Efficacy of two groups of patients with pure tone audiometry hearing threshold mean (PTA) judgment. Results: The cure rate and the effective rate of HBO group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.01). HBO was more effective in mild and moderate deafness of acute stage, and the earlier the treatment, the higher the curative effect. Conclusion: The effect of HBO on drug-induced deafness is better than single drug therapy.
