采用喷射重结晶法细化PYX,对样品的结构和性能进行了表征及测试。实验结果表明:喷射重结晶法可得到片状高纯度的亚微米PYX样品,D_(50)为0.945μm,粒度分布较均匀,比表面积达9.3m~2/g,高效液相色谱测试其纯度达到99.5%。细化后PYX热分解放热峰温度和5_S爆发点有所降低,但均在374℃以上,仍具有良好的热安定性能;撞击感度从68%降到12%,摩擦感度从36%增高到60%。
The PYX was refined by jet recrystallization, the structure and properties of the samples were characterized and tested. The experimental results show that the flaky high purity submicron PYX can be obtained by spray recrystallization method. The D50 (50) is 0.945 μm, the particle size distribution is more uniform and the specific surface area is 9.3 m 2 / g. The purity Reached 99.5%. After pyrolysis, the pyrolysis peak temperature and the 5 S explosion point of PYX were all decreased, but all of them were above 374 ℃, which still had good thermal stability.
