氢键、范德华力、疏水相互作用是生命体系中广泛存在的几种弱化学作用,它们几乎参与了细胞内生物化学过程的每个方面。本文主要立足于生物化学功能的角度,比较详细地阐述了弱化学作用在生物分子的维持、生物催化、生物信号和基因表达等方面的作用,旨在说明弱化学作用在生命活动中的重要性。
Hydrogen bonds, van der Waals forces, hydrophobic interactions are several weak chemical roles that exist widely in life systems and are involved in almost every aspect of intracellular biochemical processes. This dissertation mainly bases on the function of biochemistry, expounds in detail the role of weak chemistry in the maintenance of biomolecules, biocatalysis, biological signals and gene expression, and aims to illustrate the importance of weak chemistry in life activities .
