目的探讨数字人脑中伏隔核的定位、参数测量及三维显示。方法运用数控铣床完成1例45岁男性标本头部原始数据的采集,断面间距0.5mm。选取包含脑组织的连续横断面图像300幅,利用Photoshop CS软件完成尾状核、壳、伏隔核的图像分割,在重建的连续冠状断面图像上按照哈佛大学医学院的颅脑图像分割方法区分伏隔核,计算伏隔核体积及相关位置信息。利用Amira 3.1.1软件实现尾状核、壳、伏隔核的三维可视化。结果伏隔核及其毗邻结构、常用伏隔核损毁靶点清晰显示。伏隔核体积左侧为972.5mm3,右侧为830.6mm3,左侧大于右侧。伏隔核质心三维坐标,左侧(-11.0,24.4,1.3),右侧(9.3,23.9,1.7)。结论伏隔核的数字解剖能够清晰显示伏隔核的形态,明确伏隔核的体积、位置及毗邻关系。
Objective To investigate the location, parameter measurement and three-dimensional display of nucleus accumbens in digital human brain. Methods A sample of 45-year-old male was collected by using a CNC milling machine. The cross-sectional area was 0.5mm. 300 images of continuous cross-sectional images including brain tissue were selected. Image segmentation of caudate nucleus, shell and nucleus accumbens was done with Photoshop CS software. The reconstructed coronal images were distinguished according to brain image segmentation method of Harvard Medical School Nucleus accumbens, nucleus accumbens volume and related location information. Three-dimensional visualization of caudate, shell and nucleus accumbens using Amira 3.1.1 software. The results of the nucleus accumbens and its adjacent structures, commonly used nucleus accumbens rupture clearly displayed. The volume of the nucleus accumbens was 972.5 mm3 on the left, 830.6 mm3 on the right and greater than the right on the left. Insubstantial centroid three-dimensional coordinates, left (-11.0,24.4,1.3), right (9.3,23.9,1.7). Conclusion Digital dissection of nucleus accumbens can clearly show the morphology of nucleus accumbens and confirm the volume, location and adjacent relationship of nucleus accumbens.
