科技型中小企业在发展过程中最困难的就是融资难.由于没有固定资产做抵押,也没有银行信贷记录,因此难以融资成为科技型中小企业的成长瓶颈.有关资料显示,成立3年之内的高科技中小企业最缺的就是现金流,很多企业夭折的主要原因就是现金流的断流.
