飞龙岛大桥钢箱梁,采用了顶板、腹板、横隔板以及底板单元件工厂制造,工地现场3+1节段整体拼装;钢箱梁斜拉桥钢锚箱的高精度定位安装,采用了CAD空间三维坐标放样,工地现场以桥轴线和钢箱梁拼装胎模中心线为基准,采用全站仪进行空间定位,然后完成钢箱梁横断面悬臂挑梁安装。钢锚箱与钢箱梁外腹板系工地单面全熔透角焊缝,为了消除焊接残余应力,并制定了专项焊接消应措施。
