目的了解惠安县食品安全现状,为做好食品安全工作提供依据。方法对惠安县近3年食品卫生监测、食物中毒、食品生产及流通安全监管情况进行分析。结果食品卫生合格率为95.1%(1 033/1 055);不合格的食品主要有水产制品(鱼糜制品)、熟肉制品、糕点面包、直饮水等,以菌落总数、大肠菌群等超标为突出问题。3年共报告食物中毒14起,中毒134人,死亡2人,食品中毒发病率有所下降。农村小食杂店食品安全隐患较多,企业集体食堂存在不少食品安全问题。结论惠安县食品安全总体形势平稳,但存在很多不安全隐患,应采取更有效的措施并常抓不懈。
Objective To understand the current situation of food safety in Huian County and provide basis for food safety. Methods The food hygiene monitoring, food poisoning, food production and circulation safety regulation in Hui’an County were analyzed in the past three years. Results The passing rate of food hygiene was 95.1% (1 033/1 055). The unqualified foods mainly included aquatic products (surimi products), cooked meat products, pastry breads and direct drinking water. The total number of colony and coliform bacteria exceeded To highlight the problem. In three years, a total of 14 food poisoning cases were reported, 134 were poisoned and 2 were killed. The incidence of food poisoning declined. Small snacks in rural areas more food safety hazards, there are many corporate cafeteria food safety issues. Conclusion The overall situation of food safety in Huian County is stable, but there are many hidden dangers of insecurity. More effective measures should be taken and always persevered.
