南海西部区域油田储层具有油组多、分布广、非均质性强等特征,开发难度大。超长跨距多级起爆负压射孔技术可有效解决油气井射孔施工难题。该技术在南海西部油田不同井况的生产井中应用7井次,一次成功率100%,时效提高51.30%,射孔费用直接减少了17.68%,实施效益显著。其中WZ6-10-A2井最长射孔夹层段超过534.7m,刷新了国内一趟射孔夹层段距离最长的记录。
The oil-field reservoirs in the western South China Sea are characterized by many oil-bearing formations, wide distribution and strong heterogeneity, which make it difficult to develop. Long-span multi-stage priming negative pressure perforation technology can effectively solve the problem of perforation of oil and gas wells. The technology applied 7 wells in wells with different well conditions in the western South China Sea. The success rate was 100% at one time, the aging time was improved by 51.30%, the perforation cost was directly reduced by 17.68%, and the implementation benefit was remarkable. Among them, the longest perforating interlayer in WZ6-10-A2 well exceeded 534.7m, which set the record of the longest interval of perforation in China.
