目的探索积极心理学取向下的团体心理辅导对灾后中学生心理重建的干预效果,为改善灾区中学生的心理健康状况提供依据。方法以四川北川中学和绵阳东辰国际学校470名学生作为干预组,进行积极团体心理辅导;以安县中学、北川西苑中学、安县桑枣中学458名学生为对照组,不进行任何干预。在实施团体心理辅导前、后采用中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)进行测量。结果干预组与对照组在团体心理辅导后心理健康水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,在学习压力、焦虑、情绪不稳、人际敏感等较为突出的问题上,干预组学生有明显改善。结论以积极心理学理论为指导开展的团体心理辅导活动,可有效改善灾区中学生的心理健康状况。
Objective To explore the effect of group psychological counseling under the guidance of positive psychology on the psychological reconstruction of post-disaster secondary school students, and to provide the basis for improving the mental health status of middle school students in disaster areas. Methods 470 students from Beichuan Middle School in Sichuan and Dongchen International School in Mianyang were used as the intervention group for psychological counseling. 458 students in Anxian Middle School, Beichuan Xiyuan Middle School and Anzao Sanzao Middle School were selected as the control group without any intervention. Before and after the implementation of group psychological counseling, the middle school students’ mental health scale (MSSMHS) was used to measure. Results There were significant differences in mental health level between intervention group and control group after group psychological counseling (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, students in the intervention group improved significantly in the more prominent problems of learning stress, anxiety, emotional instability and interpersonal sensitivity. Conclusion The group psychological counseling conducted under the guidance of positive psychology theory can effectively improve the mental health status of middle school students in disaster areas.
