用HMO法研究了甲基化对胞嘧啶结构的影响,结果表明甲基化对胞嘧啶结构参数无明显影响,从而引起对DNA甲基化作用有意义的新探讨。
The effect of methylation on cytosine structure was studied by HMO method. The results showed that methylation had no obvious effect on cytosine structure parameters, which led to a new exploration of the significance of DNA methylation.
