“七平均律”在我们民族音乐中一直就是一个有争议的问题。笔者在做毕业论文时 ,曾经以清代光绪年间宗室的载武王子的四部著作———《乐律解义》、《乐律明算》、《乐律立表》与《乐律拟答》为题材 ,介绍了他的律学思想。从载武对一些律学理念的阐述与分析中 ,我们能看到一些不同于我们现在所理解的概念范畴 ,尤其是他对三分损益律的否定说法有着他的一套自圆其说的理念。实际上从载武的律学思想看 ,他推崇的就是“七平均律” ,而且与“康熙十四律”有着紧密的关系。从四部著作中 ,笔者感觉载武是一个注重理论实践的学者 ,在理论与实践这两者的关系上 ,他坚持以实践的所得 ,来检验理论的正确与否。因此 ,笔者认为他的这四部文献具有重要的研究价值 ,值得广大学者们予以关注。
The “seven-equal law” has always been a controversial issue in our national music. When I was working as a dissertation, I once took the four books of Prince Wu of the Imperial Examination during the Guangxu period of the Qing dynasty as the theme of “Interpretation of the music,” “Music and law,” “Music and law” and “ Introduced his theory of law. From the description and analysis of some legal concepts in armed forces, we can see some concepts different from the concepts we now understand. In particular, his negative argument about the third of the loss and benefit has his own set of ideas. In fact, judging from the legal theory of armed force, what he advocates is the ”Seven Laws of Equal Treatment“ and is closely related to the ”14 Laws of Kangxi." From the four works, I feel that carrying the armed forces is a scholar focusing on theoretical practice. In the relationship between theory and practice, he insists on using the proceeds of practice to test whether the theory is correct or not. Therefore, I think his four documents have important research value, which deserves wide attention from scholars.
